Mr. Ogiki Ductus Joseph serves as the Chairperson of the Quality Assurance, Discipline, and Grievance Committee at St. Joseph’s Hospital Kitgum, a vital governance role focused on promoting service excellence, upholding professional standards, and safeguarding the rights and wellbeing of both patients and staff.
