Dr. Atim Pamela serves as the Secretary to the Board of Governors at St. Joseph’s Hospital Kitgum, providing critical administrative, advisory, and coordination support to ensure the effective functioning of the hospital’s governance structures.
In this capacity, Dr. Pamela is responsible for organizing and documenting all official board activities, including the preparation of meeting schedules, agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
