Mr. Lotwol Athanasius Leo serves as the Chairperson of the Finance, Planning, and Development Committee at St. Joseph’s Hospital Kitgum, a key governance role responsible for overseeing the hospital’s financial health, strategic planning, and institutional development initiatives.
With a strong background in financial management and organizational leadership, Mr. Lotwol leads the committee in ensuring prudent financial stewardship, sustainable resource mobilization, and strategic alignment with the hospital’s mission and long-term goals. He guides the committee in reviewing and approving annual budgets, monitoring financial performance, and advising the Board of Governors on fiscal policy and capital investment priorities.
In this capacity, Mr. Lotwol also provides oversight for the hospital’s infrastructure development projects, asset management, and business continuity strategies. He works closely with hospital administration to evaluate financial risks, funding proposals, and income-generating ventures aimed at strengthening the hospital’s operational sustainability.
